From the Inside Out is a book for “tweens” about self-esteem. Comic strips and illustrations help to captivate interest while teaching important aspects of self-esteem, especially relevant for this age group as they begin to experience the challenges of entering adolescence.  From the Inside Out covers topics from “what is self-esteem” to “changing your inner voice” to “nobody’s perfect”. It not only talks about self esteem issues, but gives kids the tools they need to improve their self image and make positive changes to their lives.
